PE-HD cable pipes suitable for laying directly in the ground are used for the protection of telecommunication optical, coaxial and other cables. The cable is laid by way of pulling. Due to its felxibility it adapts to the terrain in an optimum way, while horizontal grooves allow for an easier installation, and increase the length of the cable pulled in.
PE pipes for the protection of telecommunication conduits are produced according to SIST EN 61386-24 standard - Conduit systems for cable management - part 24: Particular requirements - Conduit systems buried underground
Protective pipes can be either single or multiple conduit. Multiple conduit pipes are used when laying two or more cables within the same network. The advantage is in faster and cheaper installation.
